Employment Lawyer

To provide the best Employment Law advice to clients, produce template policies and documentation, manage own caseload of ET cases and mentor and develop less experienced colleagues.

  • Provide the highest quality telephone & email advice and litigation for clients
  • Full end to end ET case management
  • Draft all documents for clients creating sector specific advice
  • Act as point of escalation for advice for others
  • Develop master precedent template policies and documents

Business Development Consultant

To deliver new client acquisition targets through generated diary appointments and sell directly to prospective clients in our chosen market sectors.

  • Responsible for generating quality appointments through outbound calling to prospective clients
  • Work towards daily and weekly targets to contribute towards growth
  • Identify key markets and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Source leads from various methods
  • Ensure compliance with all company reporting, administration and sales processes and procedures
  • Maintain forward visibility of pipeline activity to ensure achievement of monthly and annual financial objectives

Employment Law Adviser

Responsible for providing Employment Law, HR advice and solutions to various clients as and when required whilst also assisting in the development of relationships, HR products, services and documents.

  • Provide a telephone advisory service to clients on employment and HR issues, ensuring they are fully aware of their rights and the correct procedures and processes to follow
  • Continually update knowledge of Employment Law and HR issues to ensure that our products, services and advice are updated and reflect current legislation
  • Advise clients on a variety of issues from disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE and mostly non-contentious matters
  • Prepare formal policies and procedures, employee handbooks and statements of terms and conditions for clients
  • Create letters and other documents for clients as and when required providing commercial advice to various industry sector clients
