The prize is one Health & Safety health check for three separate businesses and therefore three sites.

Supportis will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, howsoever arising, for any damages or losses (including consequential or indirect losses or loss of profit) arising out of or in connection with any information given during Health & Safety health check.

The free Health & Safety health check offer expires 6 months after the winner’s notification of the prize.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

There is no cash prize alternative. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not accept the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
